“I have grown closer to my church family and created new connections in my community. I feel better equipped to make an impact for others.” - Grayson
Overview: Grayson saw a trend with nonprofits helping young women access affordable dresses and accessories for formal events like Homecoming and Prom. He decided there should be something for those more comfortable in a suit, and started cultivating the relationships needed to provide every student with access to traditional high school events.

In Reflection: Every step of this project required adaptation. Grayson started out with a different project in mind but saw the need and shifted his focus. He had visions of renovating space to provide a long term space for donated suits but prioritized the experience of those currently in need of resources. Collaboration and communication became his primary tools.

More Details: Grayson's first goal was to raise money and build up a large collection of men's formal wear items so that students could find something that fits them.Prom Dreams came along side as a partner with experience with in this kind of project, and Men's Collection donated staff time to fit the boys and make sure that they get what they were looking.
