Any congregation in the United Church of Christ or Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) may have one youth and one adult participant. A second youth participant may be added upon request.

The registration form asks the applicant to affirm that they are the designated representative of their congregation and requires the name and email address of a minister or lay leader to confirm their status.

There is no registration fee. For 2024, this project is free for all participants,

thanks to support from Chapman University's Office of Church Relations.
